What I offer

Regular sessions

After an initial consultation for us to decide whether to work together, we will meet regularly at the same time every week for fifty minutes.

The arts

If we are working in person, a range of art materials will be available for you to work with - or choose not to work with. These will include:

  • Paint, pencils, and other visual art materials

  • Clay

  • Postcards and found images

  • Sand tray - a way of exploring your inner world using objects to create images

  • Poetry and storytelling

  • Music - such as sharing song lyrics or working with breath or rhythm

  • Drama, movement and bodywork

If we are working online, you might choose to make and share images, or we might work with metaphor. Some sessions might be just like traditional talking therapy.

Working Online

Training

I also offer training for therapists and other professionals in helping to support their LGBT clients, and in integrating creative techniques into their therapeutic practice. I have delivered training for NHS volunteers, in schools, and for local charities, Organisations can contact me to find out more.

Financial Accessibility

If you would like to start therapy but you are concerned about the costs, please do get in touch as I am able to offer some funded sessions for people who are on a low income. It may take a little while to get funding in place, so you may have to wait to start sessions.
